The correct ring size is essential. For maximum accuracy, we recommend visiting a local jewelry store or a few to have your finger measured by a professional jeweler. If you are in NYC area, feel free to contact us and our professional jeweler will gladly do it for you.
Your ring should fit comfortably. It should be loose enough to slide over your knuckle, but your ring shouldn’t turn around too easily once it’s on. If you are planning a surprise proposal, we find that asking a family member (mother, sister) or friend usually works. Most people are thrilled to help with that kind of surprise!
Please visit our Sizing Guide page for more details and tips!
Ideally, you’d have the correct ring size when ordering (since our work is custom, we’d like to make it correctly the first time). We also understand many of you are planning a surprise proposal, making tricky to find out the correct ring size before you place your order. For $75 per ring, we can resize almost all of our rings.
However, there are some exceptions. Some designs and settings, like our eternity rings, are not resizable. Some rings can only be resized within a limited range. If certain rings are resized too much, diamonds/gemstones on the ring shank/band may fall out easily in the future. With that in mind, please try to find the accurate ring size before placing an order.
Due to our insurance policy, we can only resize rings made by La More Design.
For more information on determining ring size, please read our sizing guide.
For an additional $50, you can add a personalized message to the interior of your band.
Not all rings can be engraved: some because of thin or delicate bands and some while engravable, might be too difficult to read. Please contact us to discuss your options before add the ring engraving service to your order.
Note: the process will add an additional three to five days to the production process. Our engraving service is non-refundable. Because of our insurance policy, we can only offer engraving on rings made by La More Design.
Fine jewelry from La More Design is designed and crafted in the USA with finest diamonds, gemstones, or moissanite in solid gold or platinum - and should last a lifetime and beyond. But, like most things in life, it will need some TLC
(Tender Loving Care) to stay pristine. Please visit our Jewelry Care page for detailed information.
Things happen in life. Our rings are meant to last a lifetime - but your ring may get caught in a grocery shopping cart, accidentally fall into the sink disposal, or lose a battle with a vacuum cleaner, etc... Don’t panic. Most of the time, the ring can be repaired. Breathe and then contact us. We will provide an estimate for the repair and guide you through how to send the piece to us for the service.
Due to our insurance policy, we can only offer the repair service to jewelry made by La More Design.
We know that you care where your diamonds and gemstones come from. Conflict-free means we don’t make our jewelry using diamonds from conflict mines. We use Botswana-sort diamonds, which means diamonds originally mined in Botswana, South Africa, or Canada and brought to Botswana for sorting and sale. We source from reputable US suppliers who are devoted to ethically and socially responsible practices and pledge to only supply diamonds traded in accordance with the Kimberley Process, which is a strict certification system supported by the United Nations ensuring conflict-free diamond trading.
Each of our rings will come with a certificate of authenticity
card, verifying the quality and ethical obtainment of its materials. If the center stone of the ring is a moissanite, or lab-grown diamond, the original Charles and Colvard warranty card, or IGI, or GCAL diamond report will be included.
Our goal is to design and carefully handcraft jewelry in the USA with finest materials that you will happily wear for lifetime. We stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of every piece of jewelry we make, which is why
La More Design proudly offers you a lifetime warranty. We guarantee that our jewelry is free of any manufacturing defects in either materials or workmanship.
If you have an issue with your purchase, please contact us and we can take your
piece in and evaluate the problem. Our gemologist and jeweler will determine
the cause of the damage, and, if it falls under our responsibility, we will
repair the piece free of charge. Please visit our Warranty page for complete
details.
